CH thanks, this is exactly what Michael told me several times, SEC can not file forms 4 for non-reporting co. So watcher, before you label my info as BS, it would be good idea to check it out first. Watcher I don't know what your motives are but if you want cheap shares I can tell you it's hard to buy it here. I was buying last week on a dip and it took me entire day to fill my orders with raising my limits. Radim
