Here is a link to the Yahoo posting of the Bloomberg article. To get the whole article read the next post on Yahoo also. If you have the time, reading all the posts from that time to present might be enlightening. Apparently Kulicke became more positive about things as time went on, I believe. As for Janney, it's only my opinion, but I would expect they upgraded due to the impending turnaround in the semiconductor equipment industry, as evidenced by the continuing growth in the Book-to-Bill ratio.
