P., I think that the decline of CUBE below $35 came as the artical
on it was being written. Even though the story was not yet out, rumors and leaks of it caused insiders and "close to insiders"
to bail. I see the same thing happen all the time on the buy side.

I also noticed reports of Form 144s showing CUBE insiders intending to sell at an average price of 35-1/2. Insiders always know.

In light of all the misery with that company, a buy at 21 might be premature. we might need to see this ship start turning around first.
That could take several months.
