Anthony, it's not like NBC invested in ITVU. Before ITVU went public, and with no revenue, ITVU gave NBC a 10% ownership in exchange for NBC Entertainment's future business. NBC did not invest a single dollar into ITVU. Over a period of 2 years, the relationship resulted in ITVU hosting videoseeker.com for NBC. Videoseeker turns out to be a complete failure. Last I heard (directly from ITVU top management), the relationship with NBC was just lukewarm. I have a feeling that ITVU is getting the short end of the bargain.
