A common error.... Apart from getting emotionally involved in their stock pick, many unfortunate longs seem to get caught up in a strange sort of 'innocent until proven guilty' philosophy that allows them to ignore any number of screaming red flags. Well, sure they exaggerated about the *** but no-one has presented any DOCUMENTED FACTS! proving that * is a scam. The SEC has been investigating for two months. If there had been anything wrong they'd have halted trading ages ago. All penny stocks are risky... etc..
