The only way to truly protect sensitive data is to keep the information OUT OF NETWORKED COMPUTERS. I believe that the information, such as the knowledge stolen at Los Alamos should be Off computers entirely. If the information is that sensitive it should be locked up on paper only. It truly amazes me that our government is so lax as to allow access to such information.
