AlienTech, I empathize with you for your financial loss. I too have lost money on options... and have decided not to play with them anymore... my approach to buying stocks, is that I will only buy what I am willing and able to hold for an extended period of time... having said that, I try to always allow for wild gyrations with minimal chances of getting a margin call...
