Gary B. Smith at TSC is a whiz at charting. One recent article highlighted NEON as having a cup-and-handle pattern from Feb 1-23:

The rest of the story says a lot: as Smith foresaw, when NEON broke
$65, it kept on running, right up to $75. But, when it got there, it ran smack into rule #1 of technical analysis: News Trumps TA Every Time.

On another occasion Smith cited DDDDF as an example of a gigantic (5-year!) cup and handle pattern:
