Got an e-mail alert from Edgar-Online concerning PLCO and their upcoming shareholder's meeting. Looks as though they want to issue more shares. They are also looking to bring in new executive blood. edgar-online.com Doesn't seem as though this is a good thing (issuance of shares), but I would appreciate any and all feedback. They have issued shares in the past to resolve debt, and this could be another.... I used to be long on the preferreds, but sold at 1 1/4 in hopes of buying in again at a lower price. Might be a good time? Might slip a bit farther on this news? Just a novice investor. Wes
