A company needs to keep accurate information flowing from their
IR division,I was misinformed by IR on the number of shareholders
of CPQ,that might not concern some but I look at it as incompetent.
The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.
When a company hypes a stock buy back they are trying to sell
to investors their stock price is undervalued,and this is a reason,
but not the only reason,some people purchase their stock.In Cpq
case they said 1 billion dollars and only repurchased 1/3 of stated
plan.
Those are my FACTS and it pisses me off!I have tied up some
serious money in this stock only to watch it slide into a negitive
holding.
