SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS AND MORE TO COME . . . From Eyetel's website: Stockholders Update March 17, 1999 The first part of 1999 has been a busy time. We have moved all of our equipment from Syracuse, Indiana to South Bend, Indiana in an effort to lower our operating costs and to shorten the drive for the employees. This caused some small problems with E-Mail addresses and with the ability to do support calls until all of our ISDN lines were up and running, but I think that all of the bugs are worked out now. The software continues to come along on schedule. We were a bit worried a few weeks ago when Mike got sick and missed a week of work, but he is feeling better and is back on schedule. In addition to Mike, we have hired a programmer out of Ohio. As it turns out Larry is the person who trained Mike on NT Kernel Driver development. With Mike, Gigi (documentation and help) the addition of Larry and a group of programmers out of Lansing, Michigan we have a complete compliment of people to complete the project. This means that from now until June 1st we expect to be buried in testing software here at the office. June 1st…yes I said June 1st. We are going to release a finished and tested Beta to some of our customers late in May that we expect to be the final product. If there are no unfixable problems, we will do the full release in June. Again, we are in the home stretch so your patience will be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions that need answering, E-Mail them to me at Ranto@aol.com. If they are relevant and quickly answerable, I will respond. Questions like: "When is the stock price going up?" will not be answered. Some of the stockholders need to have certificates issued and have been mailing and E-Mailing me information on this. I assure you that the Board of Directors is going to deal with this since some of them are in the same situation. They are currently meeting once a week to iron-out a funding agreement with one of the investors and have the stock issue on the agenda. I will attempt to give you another update by the second week of April. If I don't I am sure that some of you will be kind enough to remind me.
