This is exactly the kind of stock I used to screen for ...small float, low debt, growing at twice its price to earnings ratio etc. but the market has killed small cap plays the last few years. If you are not indexed there is not the action unless of course you are an internet "concept company" high flyer without earnings and unfortunately I have not had the nerve to play that game. I am hoping that small cap rapid growth companies like IFCI will once again come into vogue and trade on earnings growth. George
