Anthony- I think you'll agree that any runup (including the run that's already happened) in OTEX prior to the IPO of MiningCo is fluff; every $1 in MiningCo adds all of 4 1/2 cents to the value of an OTEX share. Thus a $100 MiningCo price=$4 1/2 added value to OTEX. Could be a good one. (Think DBCC). IJ
