since nobody seems to have any interest in providing a balanced account. Think of the false impression an unwary potential investor would have if he only read the hypsters comments...

Here is an example, Irvine, you say: "DCHT has no debt!"

Could it be that Banks don't want to lend because of the horrific loses in 1998 of more than 4 Millions and the Company's net assets of only about $194,000?

That could also explain why in less than one year some 1.8 Millions shares or about 17% of the total capital has been given to compensate service suppliers (the landlord got over $600,000 for the rent alone), thereby creating a loss of value to the remaining shareholders, through dilution.


Irvine, I have followed your posts on other threads and you are with Sid Turtlman and a couple others the only people for whom I have any respect on this Board. If you post bullish comments on this Company, kindly ensure that you provide a balanced account, or I will.
