Scott - As a shareholder, I enjoy and appreciate your contribution to this thread. I also appreciate your efforts, as a dedicated employee, to improve and support Novell.

The questions you have raised are reasonable and need to be answered. Unfortunately, with the exception of a few, the participants on this thread are more interested in rumors than in facts. The facts, which could provide for an objective discussion of the issues, would not serve their personal agenda.

One thing that we need is a current and reliable source for the facts: Novell could certainly help in this area by providing a section on their web site for "Investors Frequently Asked Questions" (IFAQ). It is assumed that answers would be provided to these questions except where the answers would violate a confidentiality or law. This is a place where the questions could be answered one time instead of thousand times or, in many cases, not at all.

Others have requested the IFAQ section from Novell before, by way of Peter Troop, but Novell has not responded as far as I know. Perhaps you could find out if Novell is interested and, if they are, help with maintaining a current and accurate source of information for shareholders.
