Called up Las Vegas yesterday afternoon to talk with Say Yes
Foods Inc. (OTC BB-SYES) Their telephone number if you or
anyone else is interested is 702 262-6455. A fellow
picked up the phone on the second ring and I told him I was
a stockholder and wanted to know if there was anything new
with the company. He said they had a couple of deals going
here and a couple another place. I asked him if they were
still selling fat free milk in the cardboard carton with
the Baywatch TV characters on the side. He said no that
thats all overwith due to the fact they do not produce fat
free milk anymore. They make deals with other milk
producers who would like to make fat free milk according to
SYES formula. I asked if this meant when I go in a store and
see fat free milk on the shelf I will not know if SYES is
connected with the company selling the milk. He said thats
right, they sell the fat free milk as their brand after
getting the right to do so. This is good in my opinion
because the thing that hurts any company is the cost of
store shelf fees. These companies already have a
distribution and store shelf. He told me there is a deal
pending over in Asia with a company to produce and
distribute fat free milk in the Baywatch cartons. Thats
great, because Baywatch I beleive is the number one
American show watched overseas. He also said that a news
release is going to come out in a couple of weeks regarding
some of these deals that are in the works. I asked if
Charles Thomas was still with the company as CEO and he
answered no that he is no longer with the company. He also
said that SYES has bought the complete rights to the
formula. By this I would guess he meant bought the
formula from the fellow who invented it and was an
advisor to the company Bob Domas. There was a question I
had decided to ask before I called and that was if SYES was
going to file a 10Q report with the SEC in the near future.
He answered that the co has never filed a 10Q and had not
planned too. I decided to put the wood to this guy in a
nice way of course. Told him that I read that the SEC wants
OTC BB companies to file a 10Q by a certain date later in
the year or the SEC will delist them from the OTC BB. He
answered that SYES was going to file a 10Q during the later
part of May. We had talked for a while and I could tell he
wanted to terminate the conversation so I thanked him and
hung up. Anyone with an interest in this company please do
your own homework. Make your own decision as you have to live with it.
He said news is coming out in two weeks regarding new deals.
Good Luck,
JohnnyO
