Do you see my point that companies that announce buy backs
but do not follow through are misleading their shareholders.These
are the kind of issues that lead to law suits etc.
CPQ management is already on the hot seat for being a little
bit less than honest,EM statements of one year ago are still
haunting this company.
I could understand missing a buy back by 20 -25% but 66% is
downright incompetent!
