When investing in a speculative venture, where there can be unforeseen delays, it is difficult to 'time' the transitional events. But it is those very events which yield the most potential for return on capital. Consider that commencing of shipping and receiving revenues may likely double the stock in short order. That event makes up for 'lost opportunity.'

Such a transition is approaching closer, day by day. Those of us who attended the shareholders meeting did so in order to take our measure of the company. We saw enough evidence, and received enough guidance, to believe that significant events are quite possibly weeks away now, rather than months. Certainly no longer measured by quarters.

Of course, you are welcome to wait and buy the stock after such events occur. But I won't be selling mine to you. In fact, you may have a hard time acquiring shares, as will many others who are on the sidelines.
