David; Was the first spin doctor Goebbels?? What is BRE-X to say? A 400 pound gorilla took me out the back and beat the sh*t out of me and this is what I got, if I had said more I may end up with zero?? That is what happened. All he can do is try to place an upbeat interpretation on it for now. Lawyers will be useless here. Go forward with what you have is the best and in fact the only action available now. If he squeaks, he will be gone. Walk a mile in his shoes. How would you feel if he did complain, rant, rave etc., and then the indo gov't "discovered a prior claim to the land". Game over, wallpaper stock. Do not think the USA/CANADA gov't can wave a big stick here either Another thread said that there would be a long hiatus before earning came from indonesia, and the only hope for stock appreciation is a takeover. Any takeover will not be at any great premium to market. Stock is at or higher than its real value now, and can only go down or stay put.
