Jer, in January we had II 63% bulls, and a record number of weeks with bulls above 50% and put/call ratio extremes to match. If your sampling sentiment on the bear threads you a greater fool. How many bearish threads are there on SI? everybody and his brother thinks we are going to 11,400 (except technicians) and has already put it in the bank, even the stinky bear thinks so. Everybody has had there eyes on 10,000 for a year now, except for a period between August 19th and late October. We hit the ceiling. bb
