Some very large SETO stock holders are, if I remember correctly, family members. I bet (just speculation) that one of Mr. Pian's daughters married a guy from Mexico. This guy works for a PR firm, and Mr. Pian threw the IR business that way since, what the heck, there all pretty much the same anyway (the IR firm). DISCLAIMER: The above is pure speculation from HOOTERS_AKIMBO, hope the above doesn't turn into a "heard from a reliable source".
