I think if you check the math, you'll see that you are reporting more income than you actually had. This stumped me for days. All the trades were reported correctly, but the total came up really wrong. No matter what I did, just wrong. That's why, sorry to say, entering by hand was my only solution. Someone reported that StockTax( obvioussoft.com )can handle shorts and all. It'd be worth way more than they're charging if it works.
