Dusty. If I remember correctly, all BB stocks have to be fully reporting to the SEC by [insert date here] sometime in 2000 or be taken out of trading. Granted, MDCE principals already have their money from the primary market, and it will have little immediate effect on them, it will shut down the opportunity to make more by selling any shares they hold. I foresee a plunge in price [how can you plunge from 0.05 you ask?] after a bit of pumping a couple of months prior to the deadline. IMHO, watch for some bogus PR and emails [real wide distribution] pumping the stock and get out, without greed, as quick as you can.
