Talk about fabrication of an issue. The company states that they have engaged a certain accounting firm. No one presents any proof that they have not, nor any motive for lying about it. Finally someone calls the SEC and demands that the stock be shut down because they allegedly didn't retain the accounting firm (again no evidence required!) The SEC FALLS FOR IT! And the same people who dreamed up the question claim justification.

At least I no longer wonder why the regulatory agency is so leery of the internet.
