As to hold or sell I can't decide. If the restated financials are lower than they said, I'm sure the stock will tank and we'll wish we'd gotten out now. If the earnings reports are the same or better than stated then I guess interest could push the price back up. But either way these lawsuits are going to cost North Face a lot of money aren't they ? If the courts side with the shareholders and North Face has to pay them something somehow, then what? The company has less money in the bank, lawyers take their share, and investors stay away. At that point I don't know if those same guys would want to buy the company. I feel like I'm talking myself into selling. I'll see what tomorrow brings.
By the way I haven't talked to any of the lawyers, What picture of the situation do they paint?
