Howard, you don't get out of it that easily. You have an outrageous record of deceit. The price of smaller cap, higher risk, thinly traded stocks can be affected by 'bulletin board hype' and unless you do it just for unpleasant kicks, I would say you are hyping & trashing stocks for personal gain at the expense of others. I first came across your comments on the Trinity Biotech threads, where in May you claimed:
"Well, I bought 6000 shares at $3.875 after combing the new highs for weeks in search of a nice little stock that could be a ten-bagger. Needless to say, I'm very happy even after I bought another 4000 shares at $6.375 three days ago."
This became:
"I'd like to say I feel your pain, but I was long at $3, out at $7, shorting at $6 and covered at $3" and "To: Ralph Roessler ( 2824 ) From: H.J. Schellenberg Nov 5 1996 7:41AM EST Reply #2825
You guys ARE truly hopeless..... <abbreviated> Either way, this baby is going to $1, no matter what you guys say or do.
My favourite post, which you insisted in the face of reality was posted by someone else, was:

I knew Ron Scott before you knew what algae was, brother. I lived in Hawaii for the last four years and went to every annual meeting they held, ate their Spirulina ice cream, and sat on the front row during meetings because I owned more shares than God.
When I sold out from 14-12 dollars a share, it was with the firm knowledge that $15 was not only the 52-week high for the stock but the absolute high for the stock. The market makers and I pumped CYAN with talk of mosquito cures and one billion Chinese downing spirulina daily.
You don't want the truth, you want a fairy tale that people like me are more than willing to spin for you until they find a way to get you to fork over all your money. There are 50 spirulina companies in the US chasing what is yesterday's news.
So go search elsewhere for your fortune. In my honest opinion, there are greener pastures to graze. The money has moved on and left you holding the bag. Get wise to the stock market before you lose it all.
Nothing we did was immoral, unethical, or illegal. There are thousands of us who buy up a company stock on the cheap and sell it to you for many times what we paid. I was averaged in at $2 and could have had the rest of the float bought at any time by several botique brokerage houses. That's how the game is run, friend.
The only way for small folks like you to survive in the microcap world is to cut your losses and let your profits run. DO NOT AVERAGE DOWN! There is no market for CYAN stock right now, and at $6 there never will be. Let the stock go back to $2 and you will see the same cycle repeat itself.
Hope you can take this lesson in the spirit in which it was given. About 1.6 million dollars ago, I learned the same lesson. Hope you catch on, too and eventually make some money in the market. PS if you think this is my name, you are even stupider than I thought. I post under every name from A to Z."

And if you're so keen on Cyan, how come in October you said:
"For those of you who recently bought the shares these other people have been selling to you.....good luck. It's the second oldest profession in the world to purchase a stock, then hype it until it is overvalued.
Cyanotech is a great value at 3 or 4 a share, not at 7-8-9-10-11-or god forbid, 12. Maybe in 2-3 years the stock will be there, but not until earnings support it.
Sorry if I busted a few bubbles."
You posted as Mark Watson, Susan Dey and a couple of Howards at least. You claim Analyst X as independent, as you did with your other 'company', when you were:
Howard J. Schellenberg, III President and CEO, IIAS (Independent Investor's Advisory Service) ... you were making recommendations, to sound as official as possible, and of course everything is covered in disclaimers as it is supposed to add credibility.
Never mind 'my staff and I...', nobody is fooled, or at least they won't be once they check out your history.
I would invite anyone to look at the Trinity Biotech, CYAN etc. threads eg. techstocks.com and see your extreme duplicity. That's what I did when you were known as 'Howard the Shark' - it was a fascinating couple of hours following your trail - and the stuff above is only what came easily to mind. I keep an eye on similar co.s to the ones I'm interested in and was happy to ignore your contribution to the QDEL thread until you went back to your deceitful ways. You can't expect to behave like that without some kind of comeback.
Patrick.
