CAB;

Let me answer this first, CAB.

Sudhir did indeed violated his own company, The Resource Indicator, disclaimer: It states as follows CAB

" The Publisher is not a registered investment advisor. No statement,or expression oe any other matter herein, directly or indirectly, is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security mentioned."

In Sudhir's own words, he said "I recommended that people sell WSP at 3.50 in 1997. I have also recommended accumulating and profit taking or WSP three time since 1997. read the newsletter and you will see that I don't hesitate recommending a sell. The answer is in the writing, which is in the public domain, and it is clear. "" CAB, these are his own words in your eyes.

CAB, Any ACTs or laws that require that all company carry on their front page the disclaimer that the authority in this regard has no way approved the merits of the statements or credits of their newsletter in order to protect them in case they make mistakes.

Sudhir just admited that he not only recommeded 3-4 times in 1997 to buy or sell theWSP.v security.

In 1999, as far as I know he did again at least two times, which again he violated his own disclaimer.

CAB, you know recommending any security to buy or sell involves great risks that is why this disclaimer to protect him in case he made mistakes.

Indeed, Sudhir made big mistakes in December 1998, he forecasted that our WSP.V security will be in that double digits which is not the case. WSP went down to that $2.56 and closed as today $3.23.

CAB, if someone bought WSP.V 200,000 shares at $4.50 by listening to Sudhir's suggestion, and took his loses at $3.00 someone might have lost $1.50 X200,000 =$300,000 in Canadian dollars.

Since Sudhir violated his own company disclaimer as he adimted in that writing, don't you think Sudhir has that greatest responsibilty because his violation of his own disclaimer????????

If I lost that $300,000 Canadian I will file a complaint to the Ontario Authority due to fact he violated his own company disclaimer.

Mr. AJ is absolutely correct. As a matter of fact, I read Mr. AJ's post, I started to find out his company disclaimer in fact in the front page of The Resource Indicator; you see.

I certainly hope that Sudhir would come out to this thread to explain what went wrong in this regards.

OR at least explain why he did it. Sudhir could not have both way, either abided by the disclaimer not recommending to buy or sell the security that he mentioned or removed his front page disclaimer in his front page of The Resource Indicator.
