Gerald,
Sometimes it takes quite some time to analyze the data in question, prior to publishing something.

In terms of cash. they have about $6M left (Dec 31) and a burn of about $3M a quarter. So we're talking a June 30th due date, just 4 months and a few days left. This concerns me. They are going to have to move fast to secure some financing, before it becomes a last minute thing.
