Maybe Colin can forget about filing the form 10 and just have a chat room specially designed for investors looking for information. LOL LOL The idea that one has to go to a chat room to get good information is down right ludicrous. Sounds like the cultists that like to team up on the lone individual to sway their opinion. Are you saying there is inside information being spread in a chat room? If you have some information why not just post it? What more is there to learn. There is no Form 10 but one is supposed to be here soon. So what information am I missing? Is it worth anything with out a SEC filing?
