I read Chuca's answers, and as expected, not only could Chuca,
and would Chuca, but Chuca_Knock_on_Wood did a Feel_Good, as we
all New_He_Wood.
Now the Bad News, and I'am not implying that the Chuca_Feel_Good
was Good News, but only saying that then I read Richard's answers
to the questions.
It was like a time-warp to before I arrived to SI,
when and where feel good was the order of the day,
no changing soup of the day, just the same happy meal,
and those who wanted another fare, well, not treated fair.
This place in time and thread was ofcourse ipmcf make_believe land.
Any risk of that happening here again? always risk, but minimal IMO.

But wait, wait, and wait again, because who do you believe,

Here are the facts:
Richard says Maxam's dirt holds riches
Richard says IPM Black Rock Dirt is similar (aka holds riches)
Maxam had chance to get IPM's Black Rock Dirt, and declined
Looks like Chuca's right and Richard's left don't know right from not.
So, believe Chuca, but Chuca believes (like) Richard's better.
