Got a whole pile sitting in the bank waiting for the mortgage renewal may 1.

I am an ex-computer geek turned commodities trader (13 years ago), and now part time stock trader (yes it is only part time, believe it or not)

Also weekend mechanic, carpenter, plumber, electrician... anything I can learn because I am too damn cheap to pay someone to do it.
