It was their problem, but it took them all morning and before they answered my email, and then they had me waste a lot of time, downloading another version of the software and installing it and doing other kinds of troubleshooting. Finally they found another complaint like mine, that they couldn't access the server, and they fixed it, but they unfixed it and fixed it again several times. So basically I couldn't really use the service yesterday. They didn't really get to work on fixing it till they got a second complaint.

John is very nice and gave me his phone number but he doesn't know much about technical matters and even less about Mac technical matters, as a result of which I don't know what was wrong at their end, just that it was definitely a problem on their end. My bet is that it's not over, either.
