Dave, from what I have seen of their picks over a couple years, all I
can say is they are really good. About resistance at 3 1/8, the
recent volume suggests that on this run we may see it fall. Don't be
surprised if it gaps through. If it doesn't, the price will probably
roll again. April is still a long way off and GE doesn't give up
easily on these kinds of things.
