Regarding recent filing. . .

The total AUTHORIZED were raised. That does not mean instant dilution. The shares must first be ISSUED to someone for them to affect the total outstanding. . .and even then, it may or may not affect the public float.

My guesses as to why:

1. They need to raise the market capitalization of the company to meet Nasdaq re-listing requirements.

2. They cut a deal with a portal that wants to be a partner, so they need some shares to offer.

3. They wish to raise financing for store expansion thru private placement, but ran out of authorized.

4. They are elbowing out their corporate owners from a majority share by increasing authorized, then issueing to another entity.

5. They have no intention of issueing the authorized at this time, but need to have shareholders approve it, so they don't waste time when and if they do need to use them.

6. As the company expands and grows, they need to offer employee stock options and executive incentives, so they are planning for their future.

7. Or maybe they just want to get shareholders mad by dumping millions of shares into the public float with no regard for what it might mean for the company in the long term.

And what if shareholders DISapprove of the plan?
