Barbara & zora - investments

Why don't you sell the losers once the trade turns sour (give or take a few percentage points)? (That isn't supposed to sound snobby or anything, but just like a honest question) Is it too difficult to "admit losing", or just that you feel that some of these companies are good longer term investments? If they went up a few points after you bought as a day-trade, would you continue to hold for the longer-term investment?

Thanks.

llater,
Tony B
