Ali, when all the IRQs are committed I was under the impression that when you add a PCI board for, say a network card, Win98 will assign a shared IRQ to the new addition so that the limited number of IRQs is not a problem. Is this an accurate assessment of the picture? Thanks in advance. Many PCs now are coming with all IRQs committed or only one free.
