Sigmacon in Distribution Agreement With ProCyte
3-Year Agreement Covers Skin Health and Hair Care Products
REDMOND, Wash., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- ProCyte Corporation (Nasdaq: PRCY - news) today announced the signing of a distribution agreement with Sigmacon Medical Products of Toronto, Canada for that company to market skin and hair care products in the Canadian dermatology and cosmetic surgery markets.
Sigmacon is the largest supplier of cosmetic lasers and other equipment to physicians in Canada. Products sold by Sigmacon are in most cosmetic and dermatology offices in Canada. The 3-year agreement contains minimum purchases and covers ProCyte's GraftCyte(TM) products, Complex Cu3(TM) skin repair, Tricomin® products for thinning hair as well as the regular physician label products.

ProCyte recently announced agreements with Neutrogena for evaluation of the triamino copper complex technology in the mass consumer market for hair products. ProCyte's non-drug solution for thinning hair in men and women, Tricomin®, is sold primarily to physicians.
