What an interesting company. As an interested investor, I decided to try and talk to a few "people" at HCCA. Even though they list 3 offices in there Form 10-SB, two of them are rental apartments. I did some digging and talked to the home owners association at one of them and the man laughed and said "you too" when I told him I was an intevestor in search of some answers. I also called (tried) the offices of Robert Krilich, R.K. Company, The Rainbow Group, and The Senior group (numerous subsidaries in the same office who own 43% of HCCA stock) and never got such a run around with no questions answered. No one wanted to touch the issue of discussing HCCA.

It should also be noted that "Accountant" Barbara Krilich, Director and Treasurer (handling the money?) of HCCA is the daughter of Robert Krilich (same guy earlier mentioned in this thread that was indicted for fraud) ....how scary!!!

HCCA has been sitting in bankruptcy from 1985 to 1993 and has diluted the number of shares of their company to an unbelievable number with potiential of almost doubling the existing of 500m +. While research more detail the companies that they own, it appears that most of them are as much of a front with no collateral as HCCA is.

It seems that HCCA's offices keep moving. Even the lady at Nevada Agency and Trust (HCCA's transfer agency) couldn't give me an address and/or phone number for HCCA's whereabouts (besides Richard's 800 number). I've asked for both but she refused to answer and stated that she "didn't want to get involved".

Please, someone help me obtain some credible information about this company!!! The above information I got came directly from their "Form 10-SB" and my investigation to find out a little more about the company.

Unfortunately for me and my shares, I'm starting to smell a scam. I have never seen so much talk of different lawsuits in a SEC form that involved the company and it's members as I have in HCCA's. Anyone ever wonder why HCCA closed down their IL offices? Seems like there was some problems involved there too.

Someone help me out with this investigation so we can get the true low down on this company.

Bob: Regarding the gold statement, I got that out of the SB, but I'm starting to get real curious as to what the value is.....
