Dennis and ALL.
FYI:

The following announcement was on Yahoo. Info will be available from "the horses mouth" directly, tomorrow! I suggest all interested parties avail themselves of it. It seems clear that if the ALA deal happens, this thing truly does launch! If not, it at least has much more time, by virtue of warrant sales, to stitch a similar deal together and NASDAQ qualify. Higher Book Value/Share will be here this week (first round of warrant sales) with more to follow.

"MILL VALLEY, Calif., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Fred W. Thompson, chief executive officer of DBS Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DBSS - news), will hold a conference call for investors on Thursday,
March 25 to reveal the results of a recent warrant call and detail the company's reasons for seeking an increase in its authorized share level. Thompson will also discuss how these issues affect DBSI's
impending contract with Alcatel Space Industries.

DBSI has called warrants issued pursuant to a private placement of three million investment units, which contained one share of DBSI common stock and a warrant to purchase another share. The company has
also recently solicited proxies from shareholders permitting it to increase its authorized number of shares from 20 million to 50 million.

DBSI is nearing signature on a contract with Alcatel Space Industries in which Alcatel will design, construct and launch six low-earth-orbiting (LEO) satellites to provide Automated Meter Reading (AMR) and other data services. The contract is expected to total more than $111 million.

Proceeds from the warrant call, along with income from the possible issuance of additional shares, will assist DBSI in meeting obligations of the Alcatel contract.

A conference call for the investment community to discuss this announcement will be held at 8:00 a.m. (PST). To access the conference call, please call 415-537-1919. A replay of the call will be available at 10:00 a.m. (PST) on Thursday, March 25 and run through 10:00 a.m. (PST) Monday, March 29. The replay can be accessed by calling 800-633-8284 (domestic) and 619-812-6440 (international), reservation
number 12020988."

Dennis, I agree. At $4.00, it's terribly attractive!
