Opinion here (but it's what I am basing my investing strategy upon): There will be no "passing by" the 50 cent trading range, due to the heavy overhang (resistance) at that area. I think we have been nibbling away at it for the past two weeks or so, but that's just a guess. How long will it take? Measured by time, at these trading levels, it might be numerous weeks. But if volume suddenly spurts, that could expedite the pace. Wild card (risk that it will happen quicker) is the possibility of announcement of a verifiable step taken toward becoming fully reporting. I do believe that such a step would help restore the faith of those investors who still remember being lied to by management. Happy Due Diligence. JSb.
