NITETRADE on XNET
I have gone through the entire investors pack, and may not know much more than I posted yesterday, but here it is:

"Placer was changed to Xin Net in April, 1998. Through the wholly owned subsidiary Infornet Investment Corp. (Hong Kong), Xin Net has a joint venture agreement with Xin Hai Thnology Development Ltd.; an experienced Internet Service Provider based in Beijing China. The agreement provides Xin Net with 100% participation in Xin Hai's expansion."

I am not sure what this really means. What is 'participation?', remember Xin Hai owns the license to provide Internet access. Who gets the revenue?

I assume Xin Net owns Infornet, an ISP in Hong Kong--this is good!!!!

When and if you get an investors pack do NOT mistake the list of foreign joint-ventures as having anything to do with Xin Net. Prodigy, GE and Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. have NOTHING to do with Xin Net. It is simply a list of OTHER Chinese companies with foreign investment.

I will call Xin Net and try to get some things answered, I'll report.
