Because of a slight delay, it will be approximately 3 weeks before stock will be freely
traded on BB-OTC.
Not anticipating this delay, I have asked the holders of shares of this free trading stock to
make it available to small investors before it "Hits the street"
They have agreed to make available a limited amount of this free tradeing stock to you for
50 cents a share. This will be for a 2- week period only, or until this limited amount is sold.
When you make a purchase, you will immediately receive your stock from the transfer
agent, but obviously you may not sell it until we are up and tradeing. We expect to
complete the paper work by April 15.

Cool! This is kinda like an offer to sell securities! So, are ya blue skied in all states and
like that? Or do you just feel the overpowering need to get some public assistance and a
nice place to sleep for a couple of years?
