A guarantee that is a public notice of record that will hold up in a court of law. . . so if anything changes and he is wrong. . .we can all go to court over it. I am saying this mostly tongue in cheek now. . . But let me make this suggestion. . .keep such ridiculous posts that have absolutely NO facts to support your "insider knowledge" to the Yahoo message boards where they allow unsubstatiated claims. "Insider" information violates terms of use here on SI. And with the SEC reading this thread, I would think that your posting publicly what you believe to be insider info, would make you nervous.
