Barron's reports them as well, I'm not sure if they are as timely as from the CfTC....they can be a great tool... Larry Williams, I think that his first name, spoke very highly of the net commitment of the commercials in his TAS&C interview in 1997 or 1998. He is the guy who wrote that book in the 70's how I made a Million Dollars last Year. His interview was funny, as he acknowledge that no trading system or strategy was bulletproof and worked all the time.. He said " ALl you can do is use your system and money management techniques, put some trades on and hope that some of them work out. Ho Ho Ho.....sounds like someone who has been around the block a number of times. I'll look for it later today.
