Spoke to CFO John Duck yesterday and think the reverse it true. Based on that conversation, I am confident this stock is a good buy at this level, particularly given the minuscule float and number of shares outstanding.

What if you had stock in a company that could help retailers place their orders all over the country via a simple, integrated, efficient system. What would you want to see that company do next? Alliances? Darn right. And what better alliances than with a top accounting and top computing firms.

With Hewlett Packard investing, fine tuning and promoting; with the company well on its way to adapting its systems to the HP platform; with Ernst & Young selling the product to its top clients across the country; with beefed up sales force adding customers as fast as they are contacted, . . . IMHO this stock is a no brainer.

The only concern is for short term traders who will see their stock price fluctuate significantly (as it skyrockets and splits) because of the small float. But.... who's short term?

More news this week is likely.
