re:Cringe - AMD K6-2 400 MHz CPUS have PLUMMETED in the last 5 days on Pricewatch. They are DOWN to $131 each. They were $155 about 10 days ago. This drop seems to be in concert with the Gateway K6-2 problem becoming "public" knowledge. That, and the fact that Celeron 400 prices (an overall better performing chip that K6/2 400) are now in the $130 range. Of course, Intel now has the Celeron 430 chip at $170-$180 to maintain ASPs at the low-end. Forget Q1 for AMD...Q2 is shaping out to be very ugly for AMD... joey
