Thread: Hypothetically, if Phillips offers another 30% premium and raises bid to $22 (>2x original VLSI's closing price of $10.75 a share on Feb. 25) what is the general consensus of acceptance from thread members? What do members think lil Al will vote with a $22 bid? Unfortunately, I suspect there is a good chance he and the advisors will take it as well as the Institutions looking for a quick buck since Feb 25th. My view: long term we are >$30 without bid, short term looks more shaky for semi's despite what LSI and some other are saying. Tough choice, but I would probably gamble a bit more to at least want / get $25 near term. Opinions / views welcome. schlep
