Chris It is certainly a brinkmanship game. Certainly not going to count any chickens before they hatch, that's for sure! Prepared for the worst (a tax write off), but wish for everyone's sake it turns out to be better and we can at least get all or most of our investment back. Just going to sit back now and see what fate has in store (sigh). Jim
