Bill,

I read Vegas' article and there are some very good points that we all can profit from in buying these OTC stocks. I try to look at the fundamentals of a company, not what the stock is trading for today. I feel that RDIM is right on schedule to implementing their business plan, in fact I think that they may even be a little ahead of schedule. There was a comment made yesterday, I believe, that a Letter of Intent shouldn't be given much credence, because it isn't a deal until it is finalized. True, but you have to have the LOI first before it can be finalized. This last LOI was significant in many areas---first, if the management team can pull it off, and based on their success on the PCS deal, I think they will, it puts us 1 step closer to getting off BB status. I believe that the company has to have $5 million in assets and 1,000 shareholders and the stock price has to be above $4 for 30 consecutive days. Well, we will qualify on 2 of the 3! I personally think the audits will take longer than the PCS deal because there are more locations and they are stretched out over a large geographical area. By making this deal happen, economies of scale will begin to happen and I am of the opinion that the profits that the company estimate by signing this deal will be larger, due to consolidation of resources.

Stocks will always be manipulated in some fashion if there is a small float, you just have to be damn sure that you can wait them out, because they will take it down and will run it up--plain and simple. I take a much longer view to a stock than most. I ask myself----what am I buying---a company that is putting together a solid and eventually profitable company or a PROMISE to be a good company. I think we not only have a solid business plan, but management is doing a great job of implementation.

Ask yourself this---Has management kept us informed? Has management stuck to the business plan? Have they done it on a timely basis? The only thing that I think they may have slipped up a little is getting the demo site up in January, but that is about to be revealed, other than that, they are meeting or exceeding my expectations.
