Could this be cntract coming from BellSouth for CIEN... BellSouth Corp. (BLS) 43 7/16 -2 1/8: regional phone carrier is guiding earnings estimates lower for Q1 and Q2 due to higher expenditures connected meeting demand for products; however, company still expects to meet Wall Street estimate of $1.96 for FY99, a 20% increase from 1998 EPS of $1.64 a share.....
